Not only does the C-USA Tournament begin today, but the Big 12 Tournament begins as well. Play is already underway at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

The tournament has four rounds with the last eight seeds playing today and the four winner playing the top four seeds in the quarterfinals on Thursday. The title game is on Saturday and there are two clear favorites in the Big 12.

Those two teams are Kansas and Texas, who both have even odds to win the conference tournament. Kansas State also has short odds to win it outright for your online betting.

Kansas (29-2, 14-2 Big 12) is the top seed and has won this tournament seven times, the most of any team in the conference. Texas (25-6, 13-3) is the second seed and hasn’t won a tournament title but has lost the championship game five times. Kansas State (22-9, 10-6) is the third seed after struggling early in the season but turning it on late. K-State has never won the tournament but made the finals last year.
